The Financial Services Representative is responsible for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships while delivering exceptional customer service and upholding bank procedures. This role requires a strong understanding of the bank’s products and services, providing account support and maintenance, as well as assisting with all aspects of the lending process, including loan origination, documentation, administration, and review. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, able to multitask with minimal supervision, and serves as a positive, customer-focused representative of the bank.
