With scams on the rise, it’s more important than ever to protect your personal and financial information. Here are a few tips to keep you safe:

Don't Fall for it

  • Be cautious with phone calls – Scammers can “spoof” numbers to make it look like the call is coming from the bank.
  • Never share personal information – Do not give out account numbers, Social Security numbers, or passwords over the phone unless you are absolutely sure you’re speaking directly with the bank.

  • Verify before you trust – If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and call the bank back using the official phone number. Locations and Phone Numbers

  • Watch for urgency – Scammers often try to pressure you into acting quickly. Take your time and verify first.

  • Report suspicious activity – If you believe you’ve been targeted, notify the bank right away.

Your security is our top priority. Stay alert and protect what matters most!

Digital Banking Alerts

Set up Security, My$Brand, and Custom alerts on digital banking. Access these functions in the Manage Alerts tab.

    • Confirm all Security Alerts are on.
    • Create goal, balance, and spending alerts with My$Brand.
    • Create custom alerts to fit your needs.
Multi-Factor Authentication

Enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) is like adding an extra deadbolt to a door. It’s another security layer of protection before accessing your account.
